Pooch Paradise Courier Service to ME postal codes ONLY:

We offer Free delivery to ME11 and ME12 postcodes. All other ME postcodes on total orders more than £30 will be delivered Free. To the the rest of the UK orders over £50 will be delivered Free

• Dry Food and Tin Food are only available for delivery by courier to ME postcodes.  However, for bulk orders please enquire.

• With the majority of our products, please allow 2-5 working days for delivery dependant upon the item(s) you have ordered.  If the items you have ordered are out of stock or back logged, we will let you know as soon as possible.  Products listed for next day delivery will have to be ordered by 12.00pm otherwise it will be delivered on the following working day.  Some items from our designer range may take 1-3 weeks for delivery as they are specially ordered but we will keep you informed if this is the case.  You will be notified via our shopping confirmation email within 24 hours of placing you order. You will also receive a confirmation e-mail once your goods have been despatched

• Any order over 2kg in weight will automatically be sent via courier.

• If you should use our courier service, please ensure you leave specific instructions on check out as to the house number or location of where we can leave your parcel(s) as well as your preferred delivery time ie AM or PM.  In the event you are not going to be at your address, we would prefer if you could arrange for a neighbour to leave your parcel(s) with as we require a signature on receipt.  However, if your instructions require us to leave the parcel(s) somewhere on your premises where no signature can be obtained, the invoice will be posted through your door and therefore we cannot accept responsibility for any goods stolen or damaged.  If we are unable to deliver your item(s) because you are out and no instructions have been left, we will leave you a card with information on how to arrange a re-delivery of your order.  Your parcel will be held for up to 7 days whilst you arrange delivery.  If you have not contacted us within this time, you will be charged for the cost of the return of your parcel.

• Responsibility cannot be taken for the wrong order, or non-delivery, resulting from incorrect information or addresses being provided.  You may be responsible for the cost of delivery and the return of the goods in these circumstances.

• We shall not be liable for any delay in or for failure to perform obligation if that delay or failure is caused by circumstances beyond our control such as, but without limitation, any strike, lock-out or other form of industrial action, war, riot, civil commotion, malicious damage, compliance with any law or government order, rule, regulation or direction, accident, fire, flood, storm or Act of God.

• In the very unlikely event that your order is “lost in the post”, please contact us and we will, in conjunction with the Post Office undertake a thorough investigation as to how and why the item has been lost. Please allow 10 working days from the date of despatch before doing this. Once we are able to establish that the item is definitely lost we will redeliver the goods, this may take up to 30 days from the date of posting.

• Unfortunately, we do not at present deliver to Europe or Overseas.
