Returns Policy
If you wish to return an item(s), please ensure you complete the returns form along with the item in its unused original condition within 10 days from the date of receipt for an exchange, credit voucher or refund.* Our return address is on the contacts page and invoice. If you fall within our free delivery area or your item(s) was delivered by our courier, please contact us to arrange a collection.
If you are requesting an exchange, you will be responsible for the cost of delivery with the exception of returns on faulty or damaged goods. Your card will be charged/refunded any difference in cost for the replacement item(s).
Personalised collars are non returnable unless faulty.
* Please note that we can only refund your item(s) if they are returned within 10 days from the date of receipt. After this time period a credit note will be given which is valid for 12 months from the issue date. Please do not hesitate to contact us for further information, we will be happy to help.
Payments
We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure payment pages. Once you have submitted your order we will immediately contact your bank/card issuer for authorisation to take payment from your account. A confirmation e-mail will be sent directly to your inbox once the order has been processed. Postal orders and cheques should be made payable to Pooch Paradise and sent to our address on our contacts page. Please allow 7 days for cheques to clear.
Orders, Cancellations and Changes
You can place your order either by using our secure on-line shop or by contacting us directly on 01795 870193. Please notify us within 12 hours if you wish to cancel your order. If we have not despatched your order you can change sizes, item(s) where available within 12 hours. Please phone or send us an e-mail to let us know of your requirements.
Credit or Gift Vouchers
Enter your credit or gift voucher code at the check out. On entering your card details we will credit your total with this amount but will not process the payment unless the transaction requires additional payment for the item(s) purchased.
Limitation of Liability and Warranty
All items offered for sale on our site have been displayed with the pictures and text by our suppliers. Whilst every effort is made to verify the information, mistakes can occur for which Pooch Paradise cannot accept any liability.
If however, this affects the use of your purchase, we will be happy to exchange or refund the item(s) as set out in our returns policy.
Privacy Policy
At Pooch Paradise we are committed to protecting your privacy. The information we collect about you is to enable us to process orders and to provide you with a more personalised service.
Information is collected lawfully through our on-line shopping site in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
When you order, we need to know your name, delivery address, E-mail address, credit or debit card number and expiry date. This allows us to process and fulfil your orders proficiently and to notify you of the status of your order.
We require your telephone number to enable us to contact you urgently if there should be a problem with your order.
Pooch Paradise does not disclose customer’s information to third parties under any circumstances.
